§ 01 / SERVICES

A complete operating system for your supply chain.

Twelve integrated service lines delivered by regional xaman wallet specialists and coordinated through a single control tower. Nothing subcontracted to strangers. Nothing left ambiguous.

◉ 001 — FORWARDING

International Freight Forwarding

We quote, book, document and manage consignments across every mode of transport. Our forwarders negotiate directly with carriers, consolidate where sensible, and escalate when the clock demands it. Every shipment receives a dedicated operational owner from tender through proof of delivery.

◉ 002 — WAREHOUSING

Warehousing & Distribution

Eleven million square feet of bonded, ambient, cold-chain and hazardous storage across strategic hubs. Inbound receiving, putaway, pick-and-pack, kitting, labelling, returns processing and value-added services handled under SLA with real-time inventory visibility.

◉ 003 — CUSTOMS

Customs Brokerage & Trade Compliance

In-house licensed brokers file entries, classify tariffs, secure permits, and manage duty deferral schemes across more than ninety jurisdictions. We build trade compliance programmes, handle post-entry audits, and protect preferential origin claims under FTA rules.

◉ 004 — CONSULTING

Supply Chain Consulting

Network design, inventory positioning, carrier RFP management, landed-cost modelling and sustainability strategy. Our consultants embed with your team, run the data, and deliver recommendations with measurable outcomes rather than glossy decks.

§ 02 / TRANSPORT MODES

Four modes. One orchestra.

Each mode is operated by specialists who live inside that market. Our role is to choose the right one — or the right combination — and coordinate the handoffs that otherwise break supply chains.

AIR

Air Freight

General cargo, express, charter and on-board courier for time-critical and high-value goods. Priority uplift arrangements with seventeen scheduled carriers and ad-hoc freighter access for outsized moves.

LANES · TRANSATLANTIC · TRANSPACIFIC · INTRA-ASIA

§ 03 / HOW WE WORK

From enquiry to POD, nothing in between is left to chance.

Five disciplined stages, each with named owners, documented handoffs, and measurable outputs. No heroics required, because the process is engineered to not need them.

01
Discovery

We map your lanes, volumes, SKUs, compliance profile and service expectations. Data in, questions asked, assumptions written down.

02
Design

Our solutions team drafts a routing, costing and SLA proposal. You see the logic, not just the rate card. Revise as needed.

03
Onboarding

System integration, SOP authoring, carrier booking and pilot shipments before go-live. A named launch manager owns the ramp.

04
Operate

Execution by dedicated operations pods, monitored through the control tower with proactive exception management and daily cadence.

05
Optimise

Monthly QBRs, quarterly business reviews, continuous route engineering and joint reduction targets on cost, transit and carbon.

Operational discipline, measured in the open.

We publish our key performance indicators to every client every month — the good ones and the honest ones. Below is the trailing twelve-month network average across all trade lanes and service modes.

§ 04 / INDUSTRIES

Sector-specific teams, not generalists with translation apps.

Logistics is local, seasonal and deeply domain-bound. Our vertical desks carry the regulatory knowledge, carrier contracts and handling protocols that generic freight forwarders cannot replicate.

VERTICAL · 01

Automotive & Mobility

JIT inbound supply to assembly plants, aftermarket parts distribution, EV battery handling under DGR Class 9 and finished vehicle logistics.

VERTICAL · 02

Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences

GDP-compliant storage and transport, validated cold chain from –80°C to +25°C, clinical trial supplies and controlled substance handling.

VERTICAL · 03

Retail & E-Commerce

Cross-border fulfilment, returns processing, peak-season capacity planning, marketplace integration and direct-to-consumer final mile.

VERTICAL · 04

Technology & Electronics

High-value security-cleared transport, battery transport compliance, reverse logistics for RMA and trade-compliance for dual-use goods.

VERTICAL · 05

Energy & Industrial

Project cargo for wind, solar and oil & gas. Heavy-lift transport, route engineering, permit management and site delivery coordination.

VERTICAL · 06

Food, Agri & Perishables

Temperature-controlled sea and road transport, sanitary and phytosanitary permitting, shelf-life optimisation and halal or kosher handling.

§ 05 / TECHNOLOGY

Software built by operators, for operations.

Our control tower platform was engineered in-house because the off-the-shelf options treated shipments as line items and our customers as tickets. We prefer to treat them as what they are — obligations to be met.

Integrate via REST API, EDI X12, EDIFACT or flat files. Deploy within four to eight weeks. Own your data.

01 / TMS
Transport Management System

Order capture, rate shopping, booking, document generation and carrier dispatch in one place.

02 / WMS
Warehouse Management System

Radio-frequency inventory control, wave picking, cycle counts and value-added service workflows.

03 / VIS
Visibility & Control Tower

Milestone tracking, exception alerts, ETA prediction and role-based dashboards for every stakeholder.

04 / ESG
Carbon & ESG Reporting

GLEC-aligned CO₂e reporting per shipment, scope 3 analytics and mode-shift simulation tools.

§ 06 / NETWORK

A network measured by presence, not pins on a map.

Owned offices and long-standing agent partners combine into a network where every hand-off has a name and a phone number. Below are the regional highlights of our footprint.

§ 08 / CLIENTS

Shippers who stayed, in their own words.

Average client tenure exceeds eight years. Retention, we find, is the honest metric. These are clients that renewed after benchmarking us against alternatives.

They rebuilt our European distribution network in eleven weeks and hit the forecasted savings within the first quarter. No dramatics, just work.

Head of Supply ChainCONSUMER ELECTRONICS · 7-YEAR CLIENT

When a vessel carrying our components caught fire mid-Pacific, their control tower had a re-routing plan in our inbox before the salvage was even reported publicly.

Director of LogisticsAUTOMOTIVE TIER-1 · 12-YEAR CLIENT

The honesty is unusual. They will tell us when a lane does not suit their network and recommend a specialist. That is why we trust them with the rest.

§ 09 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Plain answers to the real questions.

The questions prospective clients actually ask in a first meeting — not the ones sales brochures prefer to pose to themselves.

Q.01
What size of shipper do you typically work with?

Our client base ranges from growing mid-market brands shipping fifty containers a year to global manufacturers moving twenty-thousand. We adapt commercial terms, service levels and onboarding pace to the scale of the account rather than forcing a single template.

Q.02
Do you own assets or subcontract everything?

A hybrid. We own our warehouses, customs brokerage, control tower technology and final-mile delivery in selected markets. Linehaul transport is procured from a vetted carrier panel because no one forwarder can outbuild the commercial fleets on quality and scale.

Q.03
How long does onboarding typically take?

Simple lane extensions go live in two weeks. Full network migrations with WMS and TMS integration typically run eight to fourteen weeks with parallel running and pilot shipments before full cutover. We share a written plan on day one.

Q.04
How do you handle sustainability and emissions reporting?

Every shipment receives a GLEC-aligned CO₂e calculation available via the control tower and downloadable for regulatory reporting. We run mode-shift simulations, fuel alternatives analysis and joint reduction programmes with clients who set formal targets.

Q.05
Can you integrate with our existing ERP or TMS?

Yes. We provide REST APIs, EDI X12 and EDIFACT connectors, along with pre-built integrations for major ERPs, e-commerce platforms and planning systems. Our integration engineers handle specification, development, UAT and production cutover.

Q.06
What happens when something goes wrong?

Every active consignment has a named operational owner and a regional escalation path published in the SOP. Exceptions trigger automated alerts and human intervention. Root-cause analysis is shared in writing within ten working days of closure.

Let's move
the first shipment.

Send us your lanes, your volumes and the problem you are trying to solve. You will speak to an operator, not a call queue, within one business day.
